- You must be 18 or over to undergo any Tattoo or Permanent Makeup service.
- Children are not allowed to attend any appointments.
- A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for all services (except Consultations) at time of booking. This fee will be applied toward your service.
- If you no call/no show, you will be prevented from booking future appointments.
- 72 hours notice must be given to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- If 72 hours notice is not given, you will forfeit your deposit and your credit card will be charged for 50% of the cost of the service.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your credit card will be charged 100% of the service.
- If no notice is given and you do not show up for your appointment (no call/no show), your credit card will be charged for 100%.
- Permanent Makeup deposits may be transferred *one* time to reschedule your appointment. Tattoo deposits are non-transferrable; if you need to cancel or reschedule a tattoo appointment, a new deposit is required.
- If you did not read the Prep conditions prior to booking, and your service has to be cancelled/rescheduled due to a stated skin/medical concern, you will be charged an additional $100 cancellation fee.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment must be rescheduled and you will be charged a $100 rebooking fee.
- A $50-$100 draw-up fee will be added for Custom Art, depending on the size of the design. Draw-up fee is non-refundable.
- Permanent Makeup touchups must be scheduled within 6-10 weeks of your initial service. Touch ups scheduled outside of this timeframe will be charged in accordance with Valley Roots Studio’s price schedule.
- Valley Roots Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
